I've got one I've been carrying around in my book bag for years. They are
sturdy and do the job. I don't whittle or anything, just cut apples and
cheese and whatever food I need a paring knife for. Make sure you clean
thoroughly as they have a wood handle and carbon steel blade (tarnishes).
Great knife for the price.
