More telling about the reporter who did not recognize she was using a
risotto technique, rather than making Chinese fried rice. I have been
cooking since I was 5 years old. I do not remember when I first realized
that China was a country.

Serbia and Italy are very close in many ways, and it is completely normal
that cooking techniques should leak back and forth between two countries so
well tied.
