I don't know that I buy anything particularly expensive. I mean, you could
say saffron, if you count by the pound, but I only buy a small amount, so
it's not expensive.

I will say that I have certain items that I won't be stingy with. For
example, I buy good olive oil and avocado oil. I am finicky about fish, I
buy heritage turkey, and I do shop at a butcher for alot of my meats.
