Mental Blocks in the Kitchen

What I call "fast food" done at home. Liver and onions would be a good
example. I hate having to prepare three or so different things at the same
time. I get it right, but I sure hate doing stuff like that. Cooktop
becomes a total mess and I end up with lots of dirty pots.
