What's to fiddle? Put some a little flour and a little more water in
a jar, shake it to eliminate lumps and pour it into the meat juice.
Stir with a whisk every now and then, add more water if necessary.
Season with a drop or two of worcestershire sauce, s & p and you're
done. Of course, this done in the roasting pan so you get every
little speck of fond into your gravy.
