What's wrong with zucchini? I had some last night courtesy of my
neighbour whose garden is doing much better than he had expected. My
wife slice it up, blanched it and then fried it in butter on one side,
flipped it over and sprinkled freshly grated Parmesan on it. It was
delicious.

That was the way she first introduced zucchini to me and I developed a
taste for the stuff.
