They aren't fixing their hair in the stall! It's the lack of stalls
that causes the line.

(laugh) I only heard about the trough thing when this guy I
know said he walked into a men's room and used one. I
think maybe it was in a factory. He didn't understand the
strange looks until he realized it was a big round sink for
hand washing.
