Cute! It's an idea that would be collectible if all 50 states did it
(although that was probably back when we still had 48). Some of our
states wouldn't fare as well though... Hawaii, California, Michigan,
Florida (or any vertical state for that matter). Guess that's why it
didn't catch on.
