My husband used to send packages of his home-baked goodies to the girls when
they were away school. They bragged that their Dad had sent them the
packages.

We hand-delivered "care" packages to them on whatever birthday they could
legally drink in their state: all the mixings for whiskey sours, including
the glasses and a cooler of ice.
