If it is a brawl that needs breaking or a violent person who needs to be dealt with, I want the cop who
is big enough and strong enough to deal with it without having to resort to use of weapons. If I or a
loved on is incapacitated in a house fire, I want the fire fighter who can deal with it. In either
case, I want the officer or fire fighter who is smart enough to know the laws/procedures and who got
the job based on his/her ability and not the one who was only the best or the only candidate from
his/her demographic.
