I just made some of this. I added peanuts while putting the caramel on the
popcorn, and baked it @ 225° for an hour (I had to leave the house briefly
and didn't want it to burn). O.M.G.! It was very easy and is *very*
delicious!
I buy candy and confections as part of my job, and we often get samples.
This is way better than any caramel corn I've ever tried, even the "gourmet"
varieties, and it costs next to nothing to make. Freshness matters, too -
who knows how long that Crackerjack has been sitting on the shelf!
