Trash day here, too: a 10" x 7" piece of "gnocco al forno" (baked gnocco)
which is a local kind of focaccia with pork shortening instead of olive oil,
halved sandwich-wise and stuffed with a lot of fine-grain garlic flavored
salami, with a dash of maio. Maybe that was 3 or 4 dashes
Washed down with an HB beer.
Heaven.
