Trash pick up used to be twice a week here, too. But about 12-15
years ago they went to once a week. About 3 years ago they delivered
to everyone a 96 gallon trash receptacle and a 96 gallon recycling
bin. I called and requested a 48 gallon wheeled recycle bin.
Finally, this winter they delivered to me a 64 gallon wheeled trash
bin. Trash is picked up weekly and recycles are picked up monthly on
the same day as trash. For large families they will deliver an extra
96 gallon trash bin if requested.

Yard waste has been cut back from 5 times per year to 3.
