I've had a Kitchenaid stand mixer for 35 years and have always enjoyed
using it. I have a Cuisinart and a Hamilton Beach food processor and like
them both equally.
If I were to buy a new stand mixer today, however, I would probably opt for
a Viking. I don't think currert Kichenaid mixers are made to the same
standards they werer 35 years ago.
