This past Saturday I made "Bakesale Betty's Lemon Bars" - the recipe for
which was posted a while back by Charlotte Blackmer.
Let me just say - they are fantastic. Especially if you really like lemon.

The recipe makes a ton so I gave some away to my neighbor.

I was making another batch of limoncello - and I decided to use the
juice for the bars.
