And someone who considers it important enough to dress up for the
wedding (in sequins i.e. a formal wedding) might be clever enough to
wear something like stockings or comfortable sandals! Or dress shoes
that don't hurt her feet yet camouflage her problem!
I think she should have had the sense to know her toes were disgusting
looking (who cares why?) and consider a nice way to downplay the
problem. She took the time and care to pick out the pretty dress and do
her hair and make up. It truly was distracting.
