Not for Zucchini Hache but one of my favourite ways to do zucchini is to
slice it into 1/4- 1/2 rounds, blanche it and then fry in a bit if olive
oil until golden on both sides and then sprinkle it with freshly grated
Parmesan cheese and let it melt on top. Delicious.
