Peanut Butter Fudge
Recipe by: Mary Lou Bucklin
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup part milk and cream
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsps. margarine
Cook sugar and milk until the mixture turns into a softball state and
shape approximately 234 degrees to 240 degrees. Add peanut butter,
butter and vanilla. Heat well and pour into a buttered 9 x 9 pan.
