I just read all about it (I heard it on the news this morning, but didn't
get the full details) only 150 of the corporate restaurants are closing; all
the franchises will stay open since they're individually owned. Yeah, the
sad thing is the employees got a phone call yesterday morning telling them
not to come in because the restaurant was closed. They closed 150
Bennigan's and Stake & Ale's overnight. It's being blamed on the poor
economy. It's nice to learn that you're out of a job at the end of the
month when rent is due, isn't it?
