I got the same treatment at a Macaroni Grill when I met some friends there
for dinner once. Incredibly rude, almost hostile waitress. I could not
imagine what her problem was but she copped a huge attitude, gave lousy
service, threw food on the table and stalked off and when I complained to
the manager, a 20 something kid with greasy hair and pimples, I was
basically told I could go someplace else if I didn't like it and I was stuck
with her for a waitress. And the waitress gave herself a nice tip, too.
Just added it to the CC. The CC company refunded it but they could not have
cared less about the abuse of the card.
I avoide chain places when at all possible.
