Numerous people (me included) went cold turkey, yes it is hard, and I
gained weight, but it can be done.
If I was hungry, (which I have been in the past)I would not spend
money on smokes or drinks.
And am I compassionless when I expect those who can, to do for
themselves. Those who can't help themselves get my help.
Am I smug because, I pulled my self up? If I can do it, anyone can.
As for being a prick, It is the best part of a man.
