Earlier I asked about Claim Jumpers frozen lemon meringue pie. Ended
up buying one. Let it thaw overnight in the refrigerator as
recommended on the package. We didn't particularly like it. The
crust was mediocre, the filling lacked any tartness, the meringue
was ... weirdly synthetic in some way I can't describe. It's okay
enough for us to finish it eventually, but not good enough to buy
another. Sometimes I think we should find a church just so we could
go to bake sales..... -aem
