A couple of weeks ago I went to the farmer's market,
everyone is all organic, direct from the farm to you. So
I show up to buy vegetables and flowers, oh, can I have a
bag? A plastic one? Everyone else had their canvas grocery
bags with them. Just not me.

So, I went back yesterday and remembered! to bring my
bags. I felt quite virtuous. Heh.

One guy put this vegetable/bread thing I bought into a plastic
bag before I could point out that I didn't need a bag. He must
do that a lot because he said someone else told him he should
play a joke on people ... when they say Oh, I don't need a bag,
he should say, oh, okay! give them their item and toss the plastic
bag into the garbage.

Oh, those wacky farmers.
