I would strongly advise you to avoid the candida treatments at all.

Although there most certainly is a disease called "systemic
candidiasis" which is awful and can be fatal, it's also quite
unmistakeable and usually found only in immunocompromised persons.

A trip to your doctor to find out whether you really have any sort of
candida problem would be much more appropriate.
