Yes, and it's due to the environmentalists who thusly sougth to reduce theyr
use and, consequently, theyr production. They called it a victory, someone
else calls it thievery.
I don't have an opinion on that, I don't know if it's a good thing or what
else. Sure it's not a big issue the .10 euros a bag.
