20 pounds isn't much. If you lost about 6 oz a week for a year ... it would
be gone. That's not even a half a pound.
I would look for ways to cut cals and do something active. Go for a walk 2
X a week ... go for a swim. Take the stairs, park far away from the store
and walk through the lot ... all very easy things to do to lose 6 oz a week.
Find a hobby and do that at night if your a night eater. I knit, it's hard
to knit and eat at the same time (hard, but it can be done lol)
I wouldn't bother with WW for 20 pounds, use the money you would spend on WW
to pay for the gym, pool or healthy foods.
Also, I use
www.fitday.com to track my weight ... It helps me keep track. I
don't use the food part of fitday ... IMO that part sucks, but the weight
tracker is pretty good and if your motivated by charts ... that helps too.
