I'd add, get a food scale and measure portions according to labeled serving
sizes.
Eat unprocessed or as minimally processed foods as you can.
Eat whole grain bread, brown rice, spaghetti, etc.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
And EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!!
SKIP dinner, in favor of a good breakfast. Who exercises after dinner?!?
Breakfast is your motor energy for the rest of the day!
