Sabretts makes two kinds, they make skinless hot dogs and the much
better natural casing frankfurters. The street venders sell the
skinless, not bad but not nearly so good as the natural casing dawgs.
On Lung Guyland most of the stupidmarkets (Pathmark) sell natural
casing Sabrett's, about $8/lb.... do not boil them, do not grill them,
_griddle_ them, *carefully*, you do not want them to split.
