I was pleased to find Johnsonville skinless pork wieners available in
NorCal once again. They were on the deli shelves (as opposed to
counter) of my local SaveMart. They are as good as some of the similar
sausages made by a couple of 'artisan' sausage makers that once existed
here in the Sacramento area.
