Thanks for that! My mom used to prep her okra as if she were going to
fry it, then freeze in a regular ZipLoc bag. It held up fairly well. We
haven't seen a lot of okra here (NorCal) yet -- and what is out there
has been very expensive.

Thanks, George. That being said, I may just go ahead and grate some up
for later use in zucchini bread.
