I don't think I've ever made less than about 8 eggs. Anything less
seems like a waste of time. I'd rather just have the eggs with some
hot sauce. When I make egg salad I just chop them with a knife. Mine
isn't anywhere near as plain a list of ingredients as it seems many
here prefer. I like lots'o stuff in mine.
