A good friend hates raisins and my daughter dislikes too sweet cookies
and loves pineapple. I made a big batch of dried fruits cookies,
including dried pineapple for my Christmas givings that went over
extremely well with the both of them. Yes, these few folks of the
left side claim dried pineapple makes an excellent switchout for
raisins in cookies.
