30+ years ago Louise worked in an old chain we had here called
"Chicken Unlimited." One of her duties was making the cole slaw. To
this day she won't eat cole slaw unless we make it. They mixed it
with their hands in big vats not wearing gloves. Nobody cared if they
washed their hands or not.
