1. I'm not a "right - winger", whatever that means (and sometimes I just
like to josh blake and his "leftist" elk...or channel "Tim May", lol...)

2. I once bought a 45 of the East German national anthem in a record store
in East Berlin (in the 70's). On the flip side was - you guessed it! - the
_Internationale_...

I have all sorts of "subversive" commie stuff from my trips behind the Iron
Curtain packed away in boxes in the closet, hope "Tailgunner Joe" McCarthy
doesn't come a - knockin' on my door...

I even have a nice Lenin wall medalion hanging on the wall near a
bookcase...it's a lovely platinum - gold color. And I was once a member of
the US - GDR (East Germany) Friendship Society...
