I wasn't criticizing her use of the pepper. I was commenting on
Paul's claim that they used an awful lot of pepper. Which they did
roast a lot at first, but only used a modest amount in the actual
dish.

No need to be defensive. It was aimed at Paul, not the people in
the video or you.
