I'm not a huge ice cream eater. I love dulce de leche, and I think I'd
love cinnamon ice cream, but I just don't think I want them together?
Wouldn't the cinnamon overpower the dulce de leche flavor?

I just found some dulce de leche sugar wafer cookies. They were pretty
darn good!
