I would talk to your doctor before doing the Atkins diet. I know more than
one person that
became diabetic while on it. From what I understand it can wreak havoc on
some people.
Remember, a diet is forever. There are many that allow you to eat meat, just
not as much, or
as often. You need to find one you can live with the easiest, because it is
hard to stay on one
you hate.
