Well it is all farm raised. The cooked shrimp is as bad as most cooked
shrimp and has a lot of added water. The uncooked is better. The 16 count
is usually pretty good with ice plump shrimp and hard shells which means
they were harvested at the right time and not while molting. The 21 count
is ok but the smaller shrimp are so badly freezer burned it is not funny.
They cook up kind of mushy and hard to swallow.
