I recently bought 4-11"x18' & 2-8"x22' Tillia bags at Costco for $39.95.
$39.95/ (4*11/12*18) + (2*8/12*22)

=39.95/ 95.33

=$0.42/sqft. Tillia @ Costco

So an 11x12 costs 39 cents. Still pretty expensive compared to Ziplocks.
