Here is a place that sells my favorite peeler. It requires very little
pressure, but does take a few times to get used to it. I have never been
happy with any other peeler since I started using one of these Star
peelers from Switzerland about 18 years ago. I have introduced it to
people with arthritis and they like it as much as I do.
