I like baklavah with pistachios and I much prefer they're whole... I
don't see the sense in spending good money on quality whole nuts and
then hacking them to smithereens... if a recipe calls for chopped nuts
then buy chopped nuts, probably half the price and they did all the
work... it's like the goofball recipes that call for ground jumbo
shrimp. DUUUUHHHHH!
