The traditional way would be to serve it with galuska or nokkedli
(spätzle-like dumplings), with csipetke (which are simpler dumplings,
being just dough squares or pieces of dough just pinched off with
fingers), or with tarhonya (little dried dough balls, egg barley).
However Gundel does say that pörkölt (and hence paprikás) is also good
with potatoes or rice.
