I don't think I get much in the way of tops until I'm in a layer or so.
Are your stalks bagged or nekkid? If they're bagged, 10:1 they're
coming from the supplier that way.
I gotta pay more attention to that.
(I've got some leaf celery [dried] that's pretty good. It actually has
flavor.)
