I had Corian when we lived in Ohio, but I have laminate here. I do have
good luck with prechilled dough, rolling between plastic wrap, then
rechilling flat before putting into pie pan. I could benefit from a marble
board, I suppose, but I don't have a good place to keep it. I wouldn't
want it on the countertop all the time.
