These people can't take care of themselves.
They wouldn't survive on an unpopulated island.
That would be more cruel than gassing them.

The only way to maintain their upkeep is to
out-source it to people who know how to take
care of themselves and others.

For what we pay, they could live a very good
life and provide a very good income for their
handlers in places where the cost of living
is cheap. If we are also paying for their
medical, it needs to be some place with a
good and cost-effective medical system.
Like Cuba. If they want to earn some spending
money, there's always cutting sugar cane.

I suppose this could be offered as an option.
Stay here and scrape along on as little as
we can pay you, or move to Cuba/Russia/Mexico
and have a nice apartment and maybe maid service.
