I just get the Lou-Anna coconut oil from the grossery store. It's $3.00
per Liter cheaper than Olive Oil. I still use Olive Oil and Grapeseed
oil too. Depends on what I am cooking, and Peanut oil for deep frying
altho' I'm considering adding some coconut oil to that for the flavor.
The first time dad tasted carrots treated with coconut oil, he asked me
if I'd added honey. :-) That oil tastes SO good!
