At the wedding I attended over the weekend, one of the hors d'oervres
was fried avocado. It was good, and I'm glad I tried it, but it wasn't
one of those wow dishes that makes the most of natural flavors. I
couldn't give an exact recipe except to say that the avocado had been
sliced, breaded, and fried.
