I found some chickpea flour from Bob's Red Mill. Tried it in a few
recipes, and finally just added it to the bread dough while it was
kneading. It's got about as much gluten as rye or oats, so what's one
more add-in. It made the best bread, with a nutty flavor.

Of course, I haven't seen the chickpea flour since<:-(>
