Bertucci's, which is of course a chain and not local, used to have a white
pizza called the Nolio that was made with caramelized onions, prosciutto,
and a lemon parmesan cream sauce. It was fabulous.

In the Portland, Maine area, I would suggest Ricetta's (South Portland and
Falmouth), an Italian-style--not Greek--pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.
