One of my friends and her husband owned about 1K acres in Texas, and
they wanted to start a fox hunting lodge. They brought in a variety of
foxes, a few dozen of them, then all Hell broke loose when she was
murdered. He was arrested for the murder 2 years later, but he was
found not guilty. It was a mess.
Over the years, the foxes continued to breed, then he lost part of his
fence during a hurricane and the foxes were free to wander. One morning
I was on my way to work, and a fox ran across the highway. I could not
help but wonder, if this fox was one of theirs.
